The Cactus Technologies High-Performance 940S Series Industrial Grade mSATA, available in capacities up to 128 Gbytes, is a solid-state flash memory product that adheres to the JEDEC MO300B and SATA-IO groups specifications. It is intended for OEM applications needing a high-performance, high-endurance embedded part and/or requiring the optional full extended temperature range of -40C to +85C.
The High-Performance Industrial Grade mSATA is SLC NAND based and comes with complete BOM Control, Long Life Cycles, and is built with Stringent Quality Processes. Cactus Technologies incorporates Industrial Grade ECC, Wear Leveling, Write Abort Protection Circuitry, and Defect Management into the product, making it the most reliable mSATA device. Custom Labeling, Custom ID, Preloaded Content, and custom firmware features are available based on customer requirements (see Custom Features).

mSATA to 2.5" SATA Adapter for Development
To ease an OEM's design efforts of Cactus mSATA into their system, Cactus created the mSATA to 2.5" SATA Adapter.
The Adapter has an mSATA connector and mounting on the PCB and converts the signals to the standard 2.5" SATA connector found on most SSD. Many designers find using the final memory storage device helpful even while developing on a different platform.
This is only meant for developing Cactus mSATA devices and is unavailable as a production product. Please get in touch with Cactus if you need specific details regarding this adapter.
